By purchasing a product on this website, you ("the Purchaser") agree to the terms and conditions of the following agreement ("the Agreement") with Hyperion Servers ("we," "us," "our").

Pricing and Currency

• All products are listed and sold in United States Dollars (USD).

Product Changes

• Our products may undergo changes, including but not limited to, the addition, removal, or modification of perks, and the replacement or discontinuation of the products themselves. We reserve the right to make these changes at any time and at our discretion, usually due to content updates on our server.
• While we will endeavor to notify purchasers of significant changes, it is the responsibility of the Purchaser to stay informed about any updates.

Rules and Enforcement

• In the event of a violation of our rules by the Purchaser, we reserve the right to enforce disciplinary actions, which may include, but are not limited to, verbal/text warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.
• Such actions may restrict or prevent access to previously purchased products.

Refund and Return Policy

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns under any circumstances.

Arbitration Agreement

• In the event of any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising from or related to this Agreement or the breach thereof, the parties hereto shall use their best efforts to settle the dispute.
• To this effect, they shall consult and negotiate with each other in good faith and, recognizing their mutual interests, attempt to reach a just and equitable solution satisfactory to both parties.
• If they do not reach such solution within a period of 60 days, then, upon notice by either party to the other, disputes, claims, questions, or disagreements shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by an arbitrator selected by us, in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada.

Governing Law and Enforcement

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
• The Purchaser consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario for any proceedings related to this Agreement.
• Each clause of this Agreement is enforceable independently of each of the others, and its validity is not affected if any of the others is invalid. If any invalid, unenforceable, or illegal provision would be valid, enforceable, or legal if some part of it were deleted, the provision shall apply with whatever modification is necessary to give effect to the commercial intention of the parties.
• This Agreement will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible by law.

Amendment of Agreement

• This Agreement is subject to change at our discretion, at any time, particularly in response to server updates.

Recurring Payments

• To cancel any recurring payments, please visit your PayPal account and cancel the subscription from there.
